Scallion Cilantro Salsa Verde
This fresh, herby, zesty salsa verde or green sauce is what dreams should be made of! With a mix of textures and flavours, it makes for a great dip, salad dressing, or snack topping. You can also add a spoon or two into a pasta sauce, gravy or any other dish for some herby freshness.

Packed with smokey chillies and slow-fried nuts, seeds and tofu, this hot and crunchy condiment is inspired by a staple from the Guizhou province of China. Eat with noodles, broth, steamed rice, dumplings, potstickers, as a dipping sauce, or any other way you like!
