At Wood Street Sauce Co, our pantry list reflects inspiration drawn from iconic sauces and condiments from around the world. The Global Kutti Kit is a selection of three minis from three different parts of the globe.
From the Costa Brava region of Spain, this spicy condiment is traditionally spooned over crispy fried potatoes to make Patatas Bravas, one of the region's favour tapas or snacks. This sauce goes just as well with almost everything else! Use it as a sandwich spread, pasta sauce, or just a more punch substitute for good old ketchup.

Inspired by the Hong Kong staple XO sauce, our XOXO is made with Bangalore ham, local dried shrimp and seafood. Toss into stir-fried prawns, noodles, fried rice, with eggs or just spoon generously any dish to give it a meaty punch!
(Non-veg. Contains pork, alcohol, seafood & shellfish)
Inspired by Korean Ssamjang, a sauce eaten with grilled protein and salad leaf wraps called Ssam. The sweet, spicy, funky, umami sauce has layers of flavour elements, including the Korean fermented chilli paste Gochujang, nutty sesame oil, earthy fermented soybeans and more! A great condiment, dipping sauce or cooking glaze with grilled meats like chicken and pork, or plant-based proteins like tofu and tempeh.
